Started as a Postal Support Employee from Aug. 2011 to Jul. 2012 and then a Rural Carrier Associate starting Jul. 2012 to Oct. 2015 in the Mitchell, SD office.  While training on various routes in Mitchell and Letcher, I seen a need to create maps and notes for each route so the new trainee would be as informed as the regular carrier in a clear and concise manner.  This is a method that I have formulated and also share with new trainees that are learning these routes.  Tools used were Google Maps and Photoshop.  I was also a Postal Support Employee in the Artesian, SD office from Oct. 2015 to Sept. 2016.
